Anti-PHF3 Antibody

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples. It was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human PHF3 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The reagent detects endogenous levels of total PHF3 protein and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. PHF3 is also known by the synonyms KIAA0244 and PHD finger protein 3.
