Anti-PHF3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived primary antibody targets PHD finger protein 3 (PHF3), a chromatin-associated factor also known as KIAA0244. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid volume at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is unconjugated and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, namely a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human PHF3. The polyclonal antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PHF3 protein and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA workflows, with demonstrated reactivity against human and mouse samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
