Anti-PHF21A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PHF21A (also referred to as BHC80/PHF21A), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot applications. The reagent is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, generated in rabbit, and has been validated to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 461–680 of human PHF21A (NP_001095272.1). The target band is observed at 70–80 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
