Anti-PHF19 Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting PHF19. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–190 of human PHF19 (NP_056466.1). The antibody is purified by affinity purification and has a reported molecular weight of 66 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid with a lot-specific concentration.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.
