Anti-PHF17 Antibody

Polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targeting PHF17, a PHD finger protein implicated in chromatin-associated transcriptional regulation. Raised in Rabbit and supplied unconjugated, the antibody is provided as a 100 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS supplemented with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Validation has been performed for Western blot and immunohistochemistry using human, mouse, and rat samples, allowing detection of endogenous PHF17 across these species in tissue sections and whole-cell lysates. The polyclonal clonality offers broad epitope recognition, while the glycerol-containing buffer supports storage at -20 °C and protect from light to preserve long-term activity.
