Anti-PHC1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PHC1 (Polyhomeotic homolog 1). It is unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB), and raised in rabbit. Reactivity is reported against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is recombinant full-length human PHC1. The antibody detects endogenous levels of PHC1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Reported molecular weight of the target is ~106 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein is associated with the nucleoplasm and maps to chromosome 12 (8913896 - 8941467). Tissue specificity is described as low, and mouse Phc1 is listed as an ortholog.
