Anti-PHC1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody to EDR1/PHC1, unconjugated and supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 750–940 of human PHC1 (NP_004417.2), and the target shows a molecular weight of 125 kDa / 135 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified, validated for Western blot with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000, and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

In published validation data, lysates were loaded at 25 µg per lane and probed at a 1:1,000 dilution, with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody used at 1:10,000 in a blocking buffer of 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST; detection was performed with an ECL Enhanced Kit over a 90 second exposure. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles; it is intended for research use only.
