Anti-PHB2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting human Prohibitin 2 (PHB2), offered by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–299 of human Prohibitin 2 (NP_001138303.1). The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100 and IP: 1:500–1:1,000. The target has a molecular weight of 32 kDa, and the reagent is affinity purified.

Formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
