Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PHB supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, affinity-purified reagent. The antibody was raised in rabbit against recombinant full-length human PHB and detects endogenous levels of PHB protein in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Validated for Western blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF/ICC), the reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 30 kDa and a purity greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE) following affinity-chromatography purification using epitope-specific immunogen.
