Anti-PHB Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PHB (Prohibitin), supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibody range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-272 of human Prohibitin (NP_002625.1). It is validated by the manufacturer for WB, IHC and ICC/IF, and recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
