Anti-PGM1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PGM1, offered under the Antibodies.com Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Per the manufacturer's data sheet, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human PGM1, with a predicted target molecular weight of 61 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Suggested starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The manufacturer's data sheet records applications as WB and ELISA, whereas the Antibodies.com catalogue entry lists WB and IF for the same product.
