Anti-PGLS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PGLS, available through Antibodies.com. Produced in rabbit as an IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, this primary antibody is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–258 of human PGLS (NP_036220.1). Affinity purified, with a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa.

Shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. Two scientific validation images are provided.
