Anti-PGD Antibody

A polyclonal antibody reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and validated for the detection of PGD in human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid and supports Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence workflows.

The product is affinity purified and was generated against a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 184–483 of human PGD (NP_002622.2). The reported molecular weight is 46 kDa, and the manufacturer recommends starting dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. Seven scientific validation images are available to support the expected staining patterns.

The buffer formulation is phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide added. The antibody ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
