The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100-200 of human Pepsinogen II (PG II), as referenced under NCBI accession NP_001159896.1. The target protein has an expected molecular weight of 45 - 50 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
