Anti-PGC Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Anti-PGC reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl format. The antibody was raised against a fusion protein of human PGC and is validated for use in Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. It shows broad reactivity across Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is intended to detect the endogenous level of total PGC (also known by the synonyms Gastricsin and Pepsinogen C). The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For routine handling the product is shipped cold at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance. Supplied at a working concentration suitable for standard blotting and tissue-staining protocols, this lot is designated for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
