Anti-PFN2 Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against Profilin 2 (PFN2), unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB). Supplied by Antibodies.com, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is presented as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–140 of human PFN2 (P35080).

Profilin 2 is detected at the expected molecular weight of 15 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified and shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For Western blotting, the manufacturer-recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
