Anti-PFN1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises PFN1 (Profilin 1) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity-purified.

It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-140 of human Profilin 1 (NP_005013.1) and detects endogenous levels of the target. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse, Rat and Monkey samples. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 13 kDa.
