From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PFKP. It is supplied unconjugated in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, formulated at 1 mg/ml.
The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350–400 of human PFKP as immunogen. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and detects endogenous levels of PFKP protein. The target migrates at approximately 85 kDa.
Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
