Anti-PFKP Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a selection of unconjugated antibodies directed against PFKP, including rabbit polyclonal preparations and a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 24GB6380). The isotype is reported as IgG for one polyclonal preparation (raised against amino acids 336–540 of human PFKP) and IgG1 for the monoclonal clone.

Applications validated across the product line include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and flow cytometry. Reactivity varies by preparation: the polyclonal antibody raised against amino acids 336–540 reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, while the monoclonal antibody reacts with Human only. The reported target molecular weight is 86 kDa. A second polyclonal preparation is raised against a C-terminal fusion protein of human phosphofructokinase, platelet, and is reported to detect endogenous levels of total PFKP protein.

Recommended dilutions differ by product. For the rabbit polyclonal raised against amino acids 336–540: WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:100–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. For the monoclonal: WB 1:1,000–1:5,000, flow cytometry 1:200–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:100–1:1,000. Reported concentrations are 1 mg/mL or lot specific. Formulations include PBS pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; PBS pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide; and PBS pH 7.4 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The polyclonal preparations are affinity-purified. All products are shipped at 4 °C, stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
