Anti-PFKM Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the human PFKM (phosphofructokinase, muscle type) target using a recombinant human PFKM protein as the immunogen, and the antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen. It is offered here in a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, unconjugated and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The antibody specifically detects the endogenous total PFKM protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications across human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a versatile reagent for comparative studies of glycolytic metabolism in cell lines, primary cultures, and tissue-derived specimens.
