Anti-PFKM Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the muscle isoform of phosphofructokinase, this polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets the PFKM glycolytic enzyme and is provided as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, the unconjugated reagent detects PFKM in human, mouse, and rat samples. It is widely used in research on Tarui disease (glycogen storage disease type VII), skeletal muscle fibre metabolism, cardiomyocyte bioenergetics, and the Warburg-style glycolytic shift that drives proliferation in many solid tumours.
