Anti-PFKM Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PFKM. It is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype and has been validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 501–780 of human PFKM (NP_001160160.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 85 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific, and the product is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, prepared via affinity purification.

Storage instructions from the manufacturer indicate shipment at 4 °C, with aliquoting and storage at −20 °C upon delivery, and avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles.
