Anti-PFKL Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and supplied unconjugated. It targets PFKL and has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 700–780 of human PFKL (NP_002617.3).

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 75 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
