Anti-PFKFB2 (phospho-S483) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PFKFB2 and specifically recognises the protein when phosphorylated at Serine 483. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PFKFB2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 483, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of PFKFB2 only when phosphorylated at Ser483.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 58 kDa.
