Anti-PFKFB1/4 (E349) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against PFKFB1/4 (E349). The reagent is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 320-370 of Human PFKFB1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PFKFB1/4 protein. The product is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein migrates at approximately 54 kDa.
