Anti-PEX6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targeting PEX6, available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 741–980 of human PEX6 (NP_000278.3), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 104 kDa. Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended dilution range for Western Blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
