This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com binds peroxisomal biogenesis factor 2 (PEX2), an integral peroxisomal membrane protein that acts as an E3 ubiquitin ligase within the PEX5-dependent matrix protein import cycle. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 200 µl per vial and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry on human and mouse samples, supporting investigation of peroxisome assembly, matrix protein import, and disorders of peroxisome biogenesis including the Zellweger spectrum.
