Anti-PEX19 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PEX19 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1-299 of human PEX19 (NP_002848.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 37 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF. The product concentration is lot-specific. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
