Anti-PEX1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent targets human PEX1 for western blot detection. PEX1 is the AAA ATPase subunit that assembles with PEX6 at the peroxisomal membrane to recycle matrix protein import receptors, and it is the gene most frequently mutated in Zellweger syndrome spectrum disorders, making this antibody useful for research into peroxisome biogenesis, metabolic liver disease, and peroxisomal matrix import mechanisms. The reagent is provided as 200 µl of ready-to-use antibody, validated for WB applications including western blot of cell lysates and tissue homogenates.
