Anti-Peroxin 3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against Peroxin 3 (PEX3), a peroxisomal membrane protein required for early peroxisome biogenesis and the post-translational import of matrix proteins into the organelle. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µl of liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) detection in human, mouse, and rat sample lysates.

Anti-Peroxin 3 supports studies of peroxisome assembly, Zellweger spectrum disorders, and broader lipid metabolism research, allowing investigators to track the abundance and integrity of PEX3 in cultured cells and tissue extracts.
