Anti-Peroxin-11B Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises Peroxin-11B and detects endogenous levels of the protein. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE). It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 132-177 of human Peroxin-11B, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 28 kDa.
