Anti-PERK (R87) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of the Primary Antibodies range, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PERK (R87). It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 56–102 of Human PERK, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of PERK protein. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
