Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Per3 (P2) and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the N-terminus of Human Per3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Per3 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight is ~ 43, 132 kDa.
