Anti-PER1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets PER1 and is supplied as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human PER1 (NP_002607.2) and was affinity purified. Reported molecular weight is 136 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it is recommended to aliquot and store at −20 °C and to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
