Anti-PEPT1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the intestinal H⁺/peptide cotransporter PEPT1 (SLC15A1) and detects endogenous levels of the protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human PEPT1, and the antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, making it suitable for direct immunodetection in Western blotting and ELISA workflows without a secondary label requirement. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity.
