PEPT1 (Peptide Transporter 1, encoded by the SLC15A1 gene) is a proton-coupled oligopeptide transporter localized to the brush-border membrane of small intestinal enterocytes, where it drives uptake of dietary dipeptides and tripeptides. This rabbit polyclonal antibody, unconjugated and supplied by Antibodies.com, is validated for Western blot analysis and ELISA in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting research into intestinal nutrient absorption, oral peptide-drug bioavailability, and renal peptide reabsorption. Each 100 µl vial delivers polyclonal antiserum suitable for in vitro studies of endogenous transporter expression in tissue lysates and cell culture models. For research use only.
