Anti-PEPD Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a recombinant human PEPD immunogen and affinity-purified, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The 50 µL vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and detects endogenous levels of total PEPD (peptidase D / X-Pro dipeptidase) in samples from human, mouse and rat origin, making it suitable for both Western blotting and immunohistochemistry workflows.
