Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PENK, supplied by Antibodies.com. The antibody was raised against recombinant full length Human PENK and detects endogenous levels of PENK protein. It is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on Human samples.
The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target PENK protein has a molecular weight of approximately 31 kDa.
