Anti-PENK Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Enkephalin/ENK (PENK) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25–267 of human PENK (NP_001129162.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 36 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.

Manufacturer-recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500, IHC: 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
