A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PELP1 is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive against human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1021-1180 of human PELP1 (NP_055204.3), and the molecular weight of the target is 160 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50-1:100 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is affinity-purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
