Anti-PEG10 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-325 of human PEG10 (NP_001035242.1) and targets PEG10/EDR (UniProt Q9BTM9, Gene ID 81605). It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the predicted molecular weight is 55 kDa.

The reagent is affinity-purified and validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:200-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
