Anti-PECAM-1 (Ab-713) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic non-phosphopeptide derived from human PECAM-1 (also known as CD31 or PECAM1) surrounding the tyrosine 713 phosphorylation site. The unconjugated rabbit IgG antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It has been validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and detects endogenous levels of total PECAM-1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
