Anti-PEBP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1 (PEBP1) and is supplied at a 1.0 mg/mL concentration in a 50 µL aliquot. The antibody is unconjugated and was raised against a recombinant human PEBP1 immunogen, then purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. It is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, making it suitable as a primary antibody in standard immunoassays. According to the product datasheet, validated applications include Western blotting at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2000 and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence at 1:50–1:200. Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of total PEBP1 protein.
