PEBP1 (Phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1), also called RKIP (Raf Kinase Inhibitory Protein), is a roughly 21 kDa multifunctional signaling modulator that influences the Raf-MEK-ERK cascade, NF-kB activity, and G-protein-coupled receptor pathways. Because it is widely studied as a metastasis suppressor and biomarker in prostate, breast, and several other cancers, researchers rely on specific antibodies to localize the endogenous protein in tissue sections and cell preparations.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets human PEBP1 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows. Polyclonal reagents recognize multiple epitopes on PEBP1, which can be helpful when probing truncated fragments, alternative isoforms, or samples where a single epitope may be masked. Supplied as 100 µl of antiserum, the reagent is suitable for both standard immunoblotting and chromogenic or fluorescence-based imaging of fixed human specimens.

For best stability, the antibody should be stored at 4 °C for short-term use and frozen at -20 °C in single-use aliquots for longer-term storage; limiting freeze-thaw cycles helps preserve binding activity across repeated experiments.
