Anti-PEBP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade rabbit polyclonal reagent, this primary antibody targets PEBP1 (phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1, also known as RKIP) and is supplied as 50 µl of an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is validated for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry applications and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples, with a typical working dilution range of 1:500–1:2000 for Western blotting and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The estimated purity of the immunogen-purified product exceeds 95%, the host species is rabbit, and the clonality is polyclonal. For best stability the vial is recommended to be stored at –20 °C in the supplied PBS/glycerol buffer, with the addition of 0.1% sodium azide acting as a preservative.
