Anti-PEA15 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PEA15, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blotting. It detects endogenous levels of PEA15 protein in human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 85-130 of human PEA15 as the immunogen and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen; purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 15 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3.

PEA15 is described as a proliferation and apoptosis adaptor protein, with tissue-enhanced expression in brain and choroid plexus, and is localised to the nucleoplasm and cytosol.
