Anti-PEA15 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PEA15. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The reagent is validated for Western blot applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

Manufactured as an affinity-purified product, the antibody is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a target molecular weight of 15 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-130 of human PEA15 (NP_003759.1). Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
