Anti-PDZK1 Antibody

The PDZK1 polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit-derived unconjugated antibody raised against the PDZ domain containing 1 scaffold protein, supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum suitable for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human and mouse samples.

PDZK1, also referenced in the literature as NHERF3 or CLAMP, functions as a scaffolding adaptor that organizes PDZ-binding motifs at the apical membrane of polarized epithelial cells. It anchors a network of transporters including the sodium-hydrogen exchanger NHE3, the urate transporter URAT1, and the carnitine/organic cation transporters OCTN1 and OCTN2, modulating renal sodium, phosphate, and urate handling. Delivered in unconjugated format, this reagent gives laboratories the flexibility to pair it with their preferred HRP-conjugated or fluorescent secondary antibodies for WB membrane detection, or for chromogenic IHC staining of formalin-fixed tissue sections.
