Anti-PDYN Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PDYN (ProDynorphin), unconjugated and supplied as a liquid. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 21-254 of human PDYN (NP_077722.1). The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The reported molecular weight of the target is 28 kDa. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
