Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PDYN and is supplied in unconjugated form. Raised in rabbit, the polyclonal reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human samples.
The immunogen used was recombinant full length human PDYN, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PDYN protein, which has a molecular weight of ~28 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
